Dancer House is an end of terrace property that has been split into two flats. Our client came to us with the brief of remodelling the ground floor flat to create an additional bedroom and a more successful self contained unit. The proposal is for a side and rear extension increasing the size of the family living space and number of bedrooms. The external walls to the side and rear will be removed to create an open plan living space that opens out onto the private rear garden.
