The proposed alterations to this terrace property included side and rear extensions at ground floor level a loft conversion and internal alterations throughout. The external works involve the demolition of the existing external WC to the rear of the property to make way for a re- configured extension accessed via the proposed kitchen /dining area. The proposed glazed doors and window ground level significantly increase the amount of internal daylight and offer an improved relationship with the garden.
